1. By law it is your right to have your vehicle repaired at the shop of your choice. Your insurance company cannot require you to take your vehicle to a particular shop. All repairs are warranted by the body shop repairing your vehicle.

3. Some insurance companies may want you to visit their drive-in claims center before having your car repaired. You can do this, or you
can leave your vehicle at our shop and we will have the insurance company inspect your vehicle here.

if you don’t cover a broken windshield and rain damages the upholstery, your company could refuse to pay for the damaged upholstery.
